Marian L. Thomas

Originally from the Chicago but currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and their spoiled but playful dog-Winston, whom she likes to affectionately, refer to as “big-boned”.  Received her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Business Communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude and began her journey to authorship some twenty -years ago. Her debut title Color Me Jazzmyne reached #1 on the Amazon bestseller list and she has been a featured author on KCMN-AM153 0 with Host Tron Simpson, The Chris Treece Show, Black Perl Magazine, The Tanya White Show, BAN Radio,  CrossRoadsNews, a Metro Atlanta local publication, Skirt! Atlanta Magazine as one of Atlanta’s  9to5 Women in the Media Industry and many other media outlets.

Mrs. Thomas is a supporter of victims of child abuse and has worked with the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy contributing 15% of the proceeds from her book to help children of abuse get on their journey to survival. Child abuse is just one of the many issues of today’s society that Mrs. Thomas addresses in her book.
